But can anybody tell me how to do a mod? I have never down it before and I have no idea how to. Im not the most computer literate person in the world so it would help if someone could write it out in tard langauge for me.

install

extract the 7z/zip file to a folder you can easily find

goto your "steam\SteamApps\common\fallout new vegas\data" folder(usually located in c:\program files\steam...etc

Copy the files from the original folder, and paste them into the data folder
Then start the launcher
Where it says data files click it
Then put a checkmark beside the mod you've installed

Click okie
Play game and enjoy

i suggest you try to learn using one of the mod managers available like NVMM (is that what its called now?) or wrye flash. the default launcher is ok for starters but once you put more and more mods in you'll really need the managers to get them working together properly
