traders stock

So I have been playing this game for a while and the one thing that bugs me is that when ever I talk to wandering merchants and traders; there inventories don't change.

they are still selling the exact same stuff, they have no new items, but the caps they carry are random as always.

do they ever refresh/restock there inventories, because I may not have much money but at this point its because I no longer pick up stuff to sell because no one has any items I want.

if this is a complaint that is only coming from me then I don't know what ill do, but if its not ill post a request for a mod on the mod forum

I would like to see some sort of adaptation to merchants. like idk after they make enough caps they have more bodyguards or more expensive equipment or the like.

that would be kinda cool

im talking about the things there selling actually changing from time to time, "why are you still trying to sell that mint condition 9mm SMG i sold you like last month (in game), surely some one would have bought that, or at the very least that Sulsbery Steak, i mean someones gota be hungry."

They should include a trading empire, more in depth than Fallout 3. It would be much better, maybe you could own a caravan and give them items to sell at higher prices than you could but you could collect in a few days (say at novac or something). Just an idea.
