No doubt, TESV is a great RPG this year, good graphic, good music, grand story...
but for most of asia player (Hong Kong, Singapore, Macau, Taiwan),
it's just another "Oh, it's a good game, but I really have some difficulty when watching and reading english... "

So, is there any chance that Betheda have plan to do about it? Or a DLC solution (even with fair price)?

p.s. I know there will have a Japanese Version's TESV...since they'll use a lot of Kan Ji in conversation, give me some hope about trad. chinese localization.
