I recently asked Pete Hines "@DCDeacon speaking of trailers, when will we see a Skyrim trailer?"

He is living up to the one man hype machine. I can only imagine what the trailer was but I hope it's epic.

Remember this, Oblivion's trailer was shown 10 months before release.

We are less than 9 months away from Skyrim's release.

They constantly tweak and work on the trailer until they are ready to release it. The trailer Pete just saw probably isn't the final exact one we'll end up seeing.

This. Pete said he saw "one" not "it", which means he probably saw a work in progress version and not the finished one.

Why April? It has been said that we will see a gameplay video in about a month, last week. So March is really what fits. It fits the timeline given and has an R in it.

at least before May. Month with an R in it, remember? That could mean Feb, March, April... Sep, Oct, Nov. September is way too late, and as stated earlier in this thread- why show an old build of the game? Which makes me think they'll show one soon. Then show some more spread out over the months leading up to November.

Oh yeah-- forgot about Hines' tweet -- "Should be a good month". So could mean Feb, or could mean within one month after he said that. Think it's like a week ago, so no more than three weeks till a vid, I guess (?)
