Will this finally add the much missed feeling we all had in Fallout 3? I sure hope so, and its looking good.

From the looks of things. We'll get a heaping helping of the "post-apocalyptic" feel.

O yes, but he hates those dang ghouls, so you see a bunch of ghouls outside a military base, holding boycott signs reading, "We not crazed, we just High".
Then Burke wants you to nuke the divide, and Megaton!!!

This being cause Burke gave the beacon, but the idiot lone wanderer went into D.C and died, loosing the beacon. Only to find out, he just tossed the Beacon and ignored Burk's offer all together.

Explosive weapons will be getting a lot of love by the look of things. But I have a theory on the 'signature weapon', I don't know why but the trailer gave me the impression that it can be interchangeable between a rocket launcher and some kind of energy weapon. Could this in fact be a weapon that can cater for guns, explosives AND EW? I don't know if that's possible or how that would work but it would certainly be cool.

To see what I'm talking about have a look at 0:48 of the trailer, the weapon is clearly firing rockets in a semi-auto fashion (awesome)

But at 0:57, it looks as if it's firing a large blast of energy. So is my theory correct or is that just a missile variant it's firing?

I reckon they can't do that. For the same reason Josh couldn't make beehive or buck rounds for the grenade launchers: explosive effects are on the weapon, not the projectile or ammo. So even if you made a missle launcher that shot energy waves, they would still explode when they hit. (unless you reduce the explosion radius to 0 probably, but, hell, I really don't know)

I had a similar reaction to this DLC's trailer as HappyHarry had in his video on Skyrim.

bet it adds an ending where the world gets nuked again, it would be really cool if you had to talk Ulysses into giving you the abort codes...or just beat him to death before the nukes launch. OH and i do mean an ending like the game ends if you cant stop the bombs

If it's as difficult as Bergman is implying, I wonder if I should go with my original plan of Combat Armor Mk.II that I can throw away or go all out with Remnant's power armor.

Hm…decisions.

I better be able to talk Ulysses and not have to go in guns blazing. I'll do it if I have to but I would rather not.

Did anybody noticed? At 1:10 it's mojave wasteland. You can see the same landscape at the canyon wreckage(see southeastward).
One of the nuked place seems to be Mojave outpost, I assume.

Well you could just bring the combat armor and craft some battle brew / slasher and get some med x. I'm actually going in with light armor but I will make up for it in bring some heavy fire power.....probably Mercy.

The NCR had to get it somewhere. What's the problem?

Did anyone else notice the pigment of skin of the courier in 1:11-1:12? They are a red color.

Also I notices what seemed to be a new shotgun, and finally the general's overcoat seemed to have been on a corpse. How is a corpse just sitting there after 200+ years not rotted it is at the 14 second mark.

How big do you think this DLC will be? The Divide seems to be a pretty big area.

Yeah, I saw it. Seems to fit with the red ghoul from the screenshot. Maybe a side effect of whatever happened to the Divide?

And Ulysses says unto thee: "Bring all your crap with you... literally. Also, figuratively."

Why do i have the feeling we are being set up for a mugging...."oh...and make sure to bring all your caps too...uhh...to fight me better"

So the trailer seems to show nukes detonating in Mojave proper. This gives me some concerns. Mostly that if we choose this path that people will be business as usually about everything. Several nukes detonate, and people still say "You know that tower on the Strip? The one you can see for miles? They say it ain't sealed up no more!". The only way to remedy this I think is having the nukes go to all of the settlements and killing just about everyone but raiders. We'll see I suppose.

Hmm, completely destroying New Vegas, that would be amazing, but completely destroy the plot.
