Trainers, Werewolves and Multicolored Argonians

I'm trying to create a follower who is also a trainer, but he won't train my character. When my character asks him for Alchemy training, he says, "There's nothing more I can show you," despite the fact that my character's Alchemy skill is only 15. I watched the video tutorial and followed the instructions to the letter, but I get the same results.

If I wanted to make an NPC a werewolf, do I just add WerewolfChange to the NPC's spells in the CK, or is there more I need to do?

When I try to make an Argonian NPC with a different skin color, the NPC's head is still green in the game. For example, I tried to make a blue-skinned Argonian, but when I approached her in-game, she had a blue body with a green head. What am I doing wrong?

On the training... I'm not at my CK, so can't check; but the Wiki says that Training is decided by Class, and you enter a value there. I would double-check that, to make sure it actually has a value set (I had an issue this afternoon where something had somehow set itself wrong, and messed up my Mod, so... It can happen). Beyond that, I've no idea... Maybe if you link to the video, someone else can see where it's going wrong/what's up?

The Argonian thing sounds like it might be the FaceGen file issue. Once you've made your Actor, go to the Actors list, and find the new Actor you've made; click it, and press Ctrl+F4 (If memory serves), and that should make the new FaceGen file and fix it; that's assuming it is that.
