EDIT: Found the culprit by doing the old 'deactivate mods in chunks' trick. It is my beloved Oblivion XP. Now I only need to find out why it makes these changes.
EDIT2: I don't know how I missed it, but there is even a setting for it in the OblivionXP ini. Unfortunately it doesn't work. Normally unused sessions should carry over to the next level (which is a good idea), but in my case this obviously doesn't work. Hmmm...need to find out why.
I've noticed a strange behavior of my available training sessions. Under normal circumstances you have 5 per level, right? And you always have 5 per level, no matter whether you use them or not? In my game the amount of sessions fluctuates seemingly randomly. I loaded different savegames, but it doesn't make sense to me and I don't know which mod alters them and why.
At level 4 I had 0 training sessions bought (in statistics menu) and when I went to a trainer it showed 0/12 sessions for a total of 12 possible.
At level 12 I had 11 sessions bought and the trainer showed 2/17 (2 is most likely correct, I think I bought 2 during that level) for a total of 28 possible.
At level 17 I had 19 sessions bought and the trainer showed 8/8 sessions after I bought eight sessions. I couldn't buy any more sessions till the next level for a total of 27 possible.
Does anyone know of a mod that does something like this? Or is it even normal? It doesn't make much sense to me. I would post my load order, but I only have few mods that could do this. None of them explicitly mentions this unless it is hidden somewhere in a huge readme file. Wouldn't it require OBSE to change the sessions per level on the fly? I think it's a game setting that controls this, isn't it?
Any help is appreciated.
