Every time I go into the "Tranquillity Lounger" the game crashes and I resume to desktop during the loading screen.

All .esm must be first in the load order. Fallout3 being the first to load, followed by the DLCs and than the other .esm. Re-arrange your load order and that should eliminate the crashes. Provided you have done the other changes necessary to run the game with a multi-core processor.
