Transferring MCM settings to a new game : V

Is it possible to "export" the MCM settings from a savegame and "import" them to a new one?

at present there is no way of doing that though there are some mods that uses http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/48265/? to export some text related things i dont know if that can be used to export MCM settings
