I was reading through the http://www.imperial-library.info/content/oblivion-lost-boy-cavern-notes at the Imperial Library and came across this "Daedraeka! Mannimarco Daedroth Kvatch Mannimarco Erandur Vangaril Oblivion Tska Tska Takaesh!" I recognize most of the words (mannimarco, kvatch, etc) but does it have a meaning other than a series of words? Also what does the Tska Tska Takaesh at the end mean?

I don't think an exact translation exists. It's most likely saying that he--the Lich, Erandur-Vangaril--will serve Mannimarco by bringing destruction like that of Kvatch. More of the same.

I wondered if it was something like that.
