I love the Transmute spell. Works perfectly with my current character whose primary skillset includes Alteration and Smithing. Yay.

Indeed. It is, in my opinion, the best alteration spell!
Yeah, I love that spell too.
Hey! Kingoscruff haven't seen you in awhile.
A quick way to get rich or some funds to invest in other things like training
Indeed. I have been busy for the good amount of 6 / 7 months. I have almost finished my education (may be going to uni) so I may be more active!
This may seem like the shameless plug it is, but check out my new Youtube RP channel (link in my signature below) and check out my Saturalia Greetings video, relinked from a thread I made about TES holidays...http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1614156-saturalia-and-the-old-new-life-festivals/
Back on topic, do you guys think that Transmute us overpowered???
hello you big GREEN MACHINE
welcome back this one missed you so much
and some one needs to get all these young new Orc's (newbie Orc's) organized
I don't. At least it's otherwise somewhat difficult to come across gold. It's not like you get super rich off of it by itself
Yes, its almost a cheat. Makes mining gold completely irrelevent. And welcome back.
It's a tool Bethesda provided for players who don't have the time nor the patience to mine gold or level up smithing the normal way.
The spell makes no sense economically and I refuse to use it.
Hey Sah!
I have missed you - being the best TES DiD'er ever - too!
I'll get these Orc's into shape
Thanks!
Thanks!
Well, I don't think it's OP, unless you have the cost reduction perk for Apprentice (which you won't early on), it takes quite a bit of MP to cast it one time. So, you'd have to patiently cast it and wait for the cool down over and over again to grind it. I love it because it helps achieve my particular goals for this playthrough.
The MP cost may be a bit high, but nothing stopping the player from spamming the spell as they go from destination destination. Just like people used to do to train certain schools of magic in Oblivion
I think there's something wrong with my girl. She refuse to wear armor or use weapons, she only smithed some nails, hinges, locks and iron fittings. She even joined the Collage of Winterhold. First i though it's ok, maybe she'll become a wise woman some day, but for a while now, she just hide behind her Atronach or Draemora Lord, That's not the way a true orc fights. The last drop was when she asked Atub https://youtu.be/0rhYyf9HCl8?t=1934
Her husband is quite the opposite. Every fight is close and personal for him. He uses only melee weapons and recently switched to Volendrung from sword&shield.
Ok, i admit, that part with Atub was my fault, i pressed the wrong button there...
Now, this is an interesting one.
Smithing - no matter how little - pleases Malacath, for the fire of the forge shows that Malacath's love for his children still burns bright.
I am a believer in the fact that using magic does show strength - for it takes a lot of willpower to draw Magika from one's lifeforce, and Malacath approves of strength, no matter what form it takes.
Shame about the misclick. If it wasn't a misclick, I would have been very disappointed xD
Do that often, has an mod who convert all iron to silver first. Some jewelry with gems only work with silver and with the default spell you need to drop the silver to not convert it.
