Anyone know where I get my hands on a flawless sapphire? Got an egg brother in Riften bugging me for two of them and my Miscellaneous quest list needs condensing.

Whats your current level? I think you either need to be higher level to have flawless and perfect gem to spawn, or you can steal and/or buy from merchant.

28. I get flawless gems but haven't seen sapphire.

Try killing giants. I am lvl 24 and am constantly getting flawless sapphires from the giants. Hope this helps. And two giants can be found on the mammoth markers on the map in case you didn't know. Good hunting.
