My morrowind disk is beat up, it works, my Tribunal disc is in perfect condition it wont read, my bloodmoon disk is in same condition and works.

Is there a way for me to aquire Tribunal without using my cd? I have tried everything

Does your cd drive "see it" when you load it?

You have no choice but to repurchase the game then. Check on ebay and amazon. Steam has it for $20, but also has it on sale occasionally.

And you've had it for about 10 years. It's probably out of warranty by now. I'd guess the problem with it is a scratch on the label side. That turns the disk into a coaster.

Then maybe your problem is a slightly dirty disk drive. You could try blowing it out with a can of air...make sure it's just air though, without any solvents.

All disks aren't equal. Some have a little better burn than others. If your Tribunal disk is a bit weak and your drive is a bit dusty, that could make a difference between the disk working or not working.
