Just trying to figure out which one you prefer, because im very unsure.

The one that changes the MQ could be a bug fest as those quests can sometimes be that way. Since the author did not seem to change the scripts, just the plot, this might work.

Try it and see what happens with the quest overhaul.

But the Sotha Sil Palace expansion seems to be more able to be stable as that is not changing a bunch of scripts and such.

However, it is not clear what the overhaul does, so I would not run these together.

If you have never done the Tribunal MQ, then you should play it through once Vanilla, Sotha's house is quite large as it stands now. It was a challenge to make it the end the first couple of times I did this one.
