A tribute to arena

i have been playing arena recently and i have found that i actually enjoy the game now. the problem for me at the start was the controls but afther i changed them up in DOS box i actually am growing to love the game. It is getting fun when you take your time and level your character a bit before going on and trying to tackle challenges before your ready. And the artifact quests make me feel like i've earned the artifact afther haveing to go through so much in order to obtain it. And also i found the rumors to be an interesting side thing to arena specifically one that states "my prophet says summurset isle is doomed to sink beneath the sea. he did not specify when, but it sounded like soon." it reminds me of the daggerfall chronicles where it was stated that the 3 chapter was suppose to be set in summerset isles.

Well enought of my bableing share your experiences with arena.

There's a rumor about impending doom in each province. I was playing it A LOT a couple of years ago. I remember the summerset isles one and also one about a plague in valenwood.

Yeah, Arena can get really addictive. It can be repetitive, but it's so fun to travel from village to village all around Tamriel, buying an ale and picking up a quest, then moving on. And the dungeons are intense. I remember having to give up on the one in skyrim and go back to leveling.

I use Arena alot if I want to name a new character in one of the other two Elder Scrolls games. I go to the home province of the race of my character and ask people for their names to get ideas.
