also that swaqn creature huge lake guy that comes out is like a mega big boss when is the best time to kill him for the best loot shall i save him for late game?

1. you shoot them in the hand in vats or shoot the bomb in realtime

I like to wait until I do a certain quest for a certain faction that lets me use a certain asset.

Many bosses re spawn. But I havnt killed him yet. Meant to a few times.

Honestly the swan wasn't even that hard to kill. I was around level 23 or so when I found it. I had a modded combat shotgun with me, and I only had to blast it like 6 times before it was dead.

As far as the super mutant suicide guys, I don't think there's really a trick. I just try to back up as they're running toward me and aim for the head. 1-2 shots with my modded combat rifle is usually enough to take them down.

It's not a hand bomb, it's a mini nuke, you can simply aim for their right hand area and you'll take it out with one shot, but I prefer to take them out normally instead, you can take their mini nuke(s) like that, sometimes they'll even drop 2.

Exactly. I try to take them out without detonating the bomb. I like to stock up on mini-nukes as much as possible.

i lay down a mine field for Swan, then shoot him from a distance and lead him through it, 2 or 3 bottlecap mines usually does the trick.

does the swan respawn? can i kill him for loot in my 20's then again in my 40's? for loot

On the other hand if the suicidal is together with other mutants you get an free fatman strike.
My favorite was suicide bomber just past two cars and a bunch with other mutants following, nuke and car popped, then the second car

However if you can snipe them that is best as you save the nuke.

Swan doesnt seem to respawn.

I killed him sometime in my level 20s. Now im level 80, and every time I go back to the pond the dead body is still right where I killed it some 100 hours of gameplay ago.

To pop a supermutant kamicrazy in real time I'll usually pop some jet.

Poor Swan. Like every big enemy I've fought he died broken and humiliated. A legendary super mutant gave me a Institute laser rife with a 20% chance to cripple legs. He died bowing before me.

Shoot the arm, then the head (VATS) or use your scope if you've got great aim. You can get the nuke then.

I also like to hit the bomb with a missile. Quite the show.

You can shoot the arm/hand in VATs but I think this remove the mini nuke from their inventory. If you can pop them in the head then you can pull a free mini nuke from their dead body.

I prefer the nuclear material
