I have checked multiple times and my ps4 says the game has most up to date patch.

When I enter the second elevator to reach the top of trinity tower elevator music comes on which plays for about a minute. The music then stops and there is no indication that the elevator is moving. I've waited for 3 minutes and nothing happens.

I have the exact same problem with the shadows of steel, brotherhood quest. When I take the elevator down the music plays, then stops and the elevator doesn't go anywhere.

How can this be fixed?

The only bug related to Trinity Tower for the PS4 is this:

If the companion fails to enter the second elevator on the way down, they may get stuck in the path between the two elevators.

If the player accepts Strong into their party at the foot of the tower, the companion will not be able to return to the settlement they're sent to, but will stay stuck on that path.

To fix that, the player has to manually retrieve the companion from that spot. (Any companions should be dismissed at the foot of the tower or the problem will be repeated.)

• To avoid that bug, the player should make sure that the companion is actually on the elevator.
