At the end of the quest Curtain Call, you ride the side elevators down the outside of the tower. While doing this there are super mutants that will attack you on various floors. Are these floors meant to have no access? I've killed mutants on those floors and would like to loot the bodies, but i can't seem to find any access to those floors (without resorting to cheating that is). Really just curios if I'm missing some stairway or hole in the floor.
