That's why I'm wondering if it may be a trick question. Like Gstaff said, it looks like an easy one, but is it really?

Maybe. I think we all likely submitted the same answer. Maybe we will also all be wrong.

I never knew "gods" existed in elder scrolls? I hope the answer is what I think it is.

I can't think of any other god-like creature that appears in Redguard. Granted, I only read The Story Of Redguard on TIL; I don't own and have not played the game itself.

There are gods all around in that game. Some prefer hiding in hats, others like the warmth of khajiit fur. Yup, everyone's got gods in that game.

But there can only be one right answer for the question. And given that 'god' is a very unspecific term in TES.... Daedra, Legendary Heroes, Aedra, other et'ada may all be considered as "gods" by mortals. =/

I looked at all of the A'edra, Daedric Princes and Redguard gods in the wiki and the library, and none of them were said to be in Redguard except one, the same one everybody probably put as an answer. It does seem like a trick question, but I just don't know who else it could be.

Shamefully, I also haven't played Redguard. I read it on TIL too. And saw the entire game on youtube. I only recall one being normally called a "god," but still, have we been had?

I have a good idea, but I'm not sure whether or not this certain figure actually appeared or was just said to be coming, since it's been a while since I've played the game. I've already got the book though :P

How do we know who the winner is and what the answer was? Will it be posted on the same page as the question?

it says A god, and there is no doubting that *********************** is A god. However, I can think of at least one [EDIT] OTHER [/EDIT] off the top of my head.

The magnitude of your smartness is gaged by how many gods, you are aware, appear in Redguard. This is the be all end all pursuit of the trivial.

They could be snowed in. Aren't they near D.C.? It's gotten, I think, about 50 inches of snow lately.

They are snowed in, at least yesterday they were, so maybe the winner's name is at the office and Gstaff can't update the blog until he gets there. Just my theory anyway.

By now I've totally forgotten what I submitted as an answer, thank god for the Sent folder.
