Trivia on blog

Post » Fri Jan 22, 2010 4:09 am

Today on Bethesda Blog we put the first of several TES trivia questions put together by TIL's librarians. See if you can answer the first one (don't answer it here though, since you'll have a chance to win a signed copy of The Infernal City).

Good luck

We already have a few correct answers that'll be in the running for the book. Nicely done

acutally wait, my initial answer is completely wrong. I believe this is actually the correct answer, as seen through Tim and Eric. http://video.advltswim.com/tim-and-eric-awesome-show-great-job/beaver-boys-emergency.html

I've noticed lots of dev activity on the forums this week. The manager needs to crack down on them.

Give-aways are nice. And I don't have the book, so I wouldn't mind being right with the answer.

I hope I'm needlessly second-guessing myself. I've read the book but don't have a copy yet, and would love to own one for myself to read whenever I like. I get the feeling I screwed up a little but maybe I'm just jittery. I've only just had coffee.

Must have something to do with the sunshine they get from having moved upstairs.

I couldn't resist. I love extra cheese.

Sorry, I gotta run rules, even for something as small as this, by our legal department.

You weren't alone in knowing the answer, the majority of folks appear to be getting the answer correct. And after talking with some of the dev, we're actually accepting more than one answer on this question (those that answered probably know why).

Ham and cheese!

So what'll be the frequency of these? Like one a week for a while or what?

The Imperial Library provided us with several questions. We'll see how it goes with those (probably once a week though), and maybe it's something we keep up with. Maybe we move to Fallout trivia. Maybe we make guess what Nick had for lunch.

I meant was my "ham and cheese" guess right on the lunch question. If it was I think I deserve a copy of the book, not even a signed one.

I hope when you guys are done with this you'll do some Fallout 3 trivia... I have pretty much no chance of getting any TES trivia. :embarrass:

The Imperial Library is a giant help. But just remember, it's shrimp and white wine. But careful not to have too much of 1, or Patton Oswad will need to administer treatment to balance your shrimp or white wine levels.
