Skyrim is the best game i have ever played on my ps3 however i will not be playing the game again due to some issues that i cannot get over.

1. The first point is as you probably know when the game filesize gets over a certain point the game starts to lag. To fix this my friend told me to turn off auto save and the game was working perfectly. Now that my filesize has got to 12 mb the game is virtually unplayable. Every 15-20 mins the game freezes my playstation and when i boot it up again i get a message stating that files could be corrupted.

2. I have put nearly 80 hours into skyrim and was going for the platinum trophy i only had a few things left to do to achieve it. Last night i got the trophy when you have 100k gold in your inventory.As soon as i got this trophy the game froze and deleted, yes DELEATED all my trophy's for skyrim so i just had that one. along with putting my save file back around 2-3 hours to the save i had previously.

3. the patches that where supposed to help have done nothing and it is safe to say that i will not be buying another Bethesda game on launch day/at all until i have done research into if the game has these same fundamental flaws.

IF anybody can help with any of my problems, lost trophy's, lost save files, and lagg issues please let me know.

If only there was a section on these forums for hardware and software issues. It could possibly be divided in three section, one for each version of the game.
