Well, not with the downloading. More like with the "installing". My most recent case of this is with this mod, http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=8102 texture replacers. I downloaded it into the Morrowind data files, extracted the files with 7zip and dragged the textures into my texture file. I look in the CS. No change. I load the game. No change. I don't have any trouble with other texture replacers, it seems to be ones that modify the landscape that don't work.

Any help?

is there a second texture folder in your texture folder?
