Trouble finding a mod

I am having trouble finding that mod that allows you to put armors in dummies to show them

Anyone remember what it was called?

A very simple search on FO3 Nexus for "mannequin" revealed none other than http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2060.
