Trouble installing Morrowind HELP! : III

I bought a new Asus K55N laptop. It as A8-4500M processor APU and AMD Radeon HD 7640G GPU.
And I'm getting this error:

Any idea? Should I return this laptop and get a different one?

That usually indicates a problem with the game disk. Cyclic redundancy checks are used when transferring data from one medium to another, in this case the CD and your hard drive.

Try cleaning the CD with a soft, dampened lint free cloth. Clean across the disk, not in a circular motion.

Thank you. Cleaning the disc did the trick.

While I'm asking for help, how can I get the blue question mark helper for the Construction Set to work?

I got it to work before but I had to install some file and I forget what it was called. Do you know?
