Trouble installing skyre... : V

Okay, so, I'm running into a problem with SkyRe here. Normally, I'm really savvy with mods, and I've been using them for fallout 3, NV, oblivion, and skyrim for a long time... however this is just causing all sorts of lovely issues. I'm trying to patch using ReProccer and every time I try to patch it, it gives me this error: "the exception was thrown during program execution: 'java.io.FileNotFoundException: ..\..\ReProccer.esp (access is denied)'

Then the patcher crashs and fails, and there's an esp called ReProccer.esp.Ghost in my data file.

This is my current load order, in case it helps.

Granted, I have all of the ACE mods deactivated. I'm using the latest version of SKSE .

Any help would be appreciated guys, I've tried giving the reproccer jar full permissions, too, I'm running windows 7 64 bit.

I think you are missing Skyrim Redone files since I do not see any in the load order.

If you are getting access is denied while running a program than it could be your anti virus program blocking it or UAC is in effect. Where is the game installed?

The game is installed under C:/program files (x86)/steam/steamapps/common/The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim/

That is likely the issue.

Games should for the most part not be installed in the programs folder due to the paranoid Windows Operating system not allowing programs proper access to the files it needs access to.

I think you can move the entire Steam folder to another folder, I just do not know how since I never install anything to the programs folder in Windows.

I would check the options in Steam settings.

I believe that may have solved the problem, I got the reproccer to run to issue, except that it wouldn't run BOSS. I then ran BOSS separately, I'll post and let you know if it works!
