I tried to download the reuload of alexscorpions NVGs but I got that message that says it can't install the fomod and it needs a script attached, what am I doing wrong.

You cannot install that mod from the archive file, because of the way it is packaged. The esps are in a "choose your esp" folder, so you have to unzip the mod to install it.
