The quest is not broken, in a sense, but i have to turn it in to Preston Garvey in my newest playthrough, which is weird. I have said no to leading the Minutemen, and i only helped out the Greygarden settlement because of the Robots. I haven't had this issue on any other characters. Suggestions!?

did you have to turn it into supervisor white first? thus gaining the settlement?

and is it now saying turn into preston that you have the settlement?

or do you mean instead of turning into supervisor white the game is leading you straight to preston? such as you dont have control of the settlement?

cant you just turn it into him anyways?

if its that you cant gain the settlement, if you on PC can you reset the quest with console?

The game is leading me straight to Preston after talking to White, even though i turned down the Minutemen offer. And when i talk to him he is bringing up the whole Minutemen thing again.

That's bugged, then.

I think it's better to just reload. Not because it's Preston. It's because it's not working as intended.

Seems like it. What is weird is that i have finished this quest once already with the new patch and then it worked without any issues.
