After clearing the tomb, killing all the Companion's Ghosts and the Spiders, I have reached the large door (shaped like a face) with the handle, yet the handle will not activate. I press the button to activate the handle, the animation runs (it pops up, turns, and drops back down), yet the door behind does not open.

Has this happened to anyone else? There doesn't seem to be anything else I can do. I am playing on Xbox.
