Tryin to remember an old army game : Othor Games

So this was an old game that I believe i played on the N64 back in the day, and it was like a 3rd person shooter/army type game, but the player, and all the NPCs, were those little plastic colored toy soldier guys (and ofcourse there was the blue army, yellow army, green army, and red army) there was no real in depth story line or anything that i remember, it was just a fun game for me to goof around with.
