i'm trying to add these:

+r_motionblur=0 +g_radialBlur=0 +r_Glow=0 +r_SSAO=0 +q_ShaderHDR=0 +r_UseEdgeAA=0 g_SkipIntro=1

but it's not working.

I believe i have to input them into the "target" section however my computer wont' let me. Inside the target box is just 'Crysis 2' in a faded gray color. Clicking on it does nothing.
