Trying to get back to FONV but constant crashing

Post » Thu Sep 19, 2013 4:08 am

I played FONV when it came out and then modded it pretty heavily. Didn't run into any problems with crashing back then. I've wanted to give it another go so did a clean install and installed mods with FOMM, ran BOSS, made a bashed patch and I can't even get around Goodsprings without it crashing. It typically seems to have textures go black when I enter the General Store and then will crash either when I exit, or shortly after. Can anyone spot something obvious here that I've missed?

Try checking each of them for errors in FNVEdit and look for messages like: "Found a ____ reference, expected:____" (if the first blank is NULL don't worry about it) or "".
