So I decided to dig out Oblivion and reinstall it on my current PC.

Playing on my old late XP machine, back in 2005, I used to use a PS2 pad via and emulation cable to play the game. I'm now running a Windows 7 machine, and after installing hit upon a problem with using the old pad.

Firstly I encountered the issue whereby the right stick wouldn't rotate the camera. I fixed that by upping the sensitivity in the .ini file.

But afterwards I found another problem.

The right stick now does something...

But pulling it Left pulls the camera Down

Pulling Right pushes it Up

Pushing it Up takes the camera Left

Pushing it Down takes it to the Right.

Anybody else experienced this, or have a clue how to fix it. Windows believes it's configured correctly.
