Trying to reach level 30

Post » Sat Feb 09, 2013 4:53 am

I'm in my second playthrought of NV and I'm trying to get all achievements, but one of them (The Boss - Reach the 30th level) is really hard. Can somebody who already reached the lvl. 30 pass a list with all the quest you've done. Thanks. (P.S. - Sorry for any mistakes, I don't speak english very well).

You could download the DLC's (Honest Hearts, Dead Money, Lonesome Road and Old World Blues), each of those are good for about 5 levels each Just get to about level 15 and play each of them and you'll hit level 30 in no time.

The DLC will definitely help. It's also worth noting that the enemies in many areas will respawn if you wait 3 days or so, so you can theoretically get infinite exp.

If you're on the PC, consider grabbing a few mods that add more content to the world. A World of Pain, New Vegas Bounties, Beyond Boulder Dome, Angel Park, and/or Deserter's Fortress all add large areas full of new content. Oh, and they're all free, big plus if you don't already have the DLC and can't afford/don't want to buy it.

I always hit level 30 before I even start doing the DLC's. Just do all the quests you can out there, and explore all the sites there are to go to, and clear them out. If you are finishing the game before you hit level 30, it must be because you are focusing primarily on the main questline(s), at the expense of all the rest there are to do out there. You don't need a list, you just need to go out and find them all (or as many as you can), and do them. Talk to all the NPC's you can, and visit all the locations you can, and the leveling will take care of itself. Oh- and kill everything that needs a good killin', too. It all adds up.
