I've installed my fallout 3 to my desktop and have the FOSE in the file along with the GECK; I start FO3 through the FOMM (launch FOSE). I had a problem with windows live blocking the FOSE so Im using (Games for Windows LIVE Disabler - v1.2.2)-by Quarn. The main menu loads up fine and smooth but when i try to start a new game it doesn't do anything, it just stays at the main menu(I have no saves). Ive searched arournd and havent found an answer and I would like to finally get the RTS New Wave mod installed.
