My main skills are sneak, illusion, and alchemy. Minors are archery, one handed, and light armor. Obviously I use fury for getting enemies to fight each other. But what about the other spells? For close combat I should use calm right? What other suggestions can you offer? I think im level 12.

I try to stay hidden and at distance for illusion. I think you are right to want to use either calm or fear up close, though. That or Invisibilty and/or Muffle to get out of harms way. Fury is just going to get you in trouble.
