The Turtle Overlord talks to me personally. He said for me to reach forth and spread the word of turtle among the unknowing masses of the BRINK forum. For our Turtle Overlord is the alpha and omega of BRINK, and shall forever allow us to play as of May 17th.

Sounds like heresy against H0RSE.

As a standard newbies are greeted with an issue of the brink bible(i.e. the compendium I think) and a :turtle:

started presumabely out of randomness but here's hoping for a turtle shirt/cap/gun deco for forum members(join forums -> recieve code or something) or just as an ingame reference

As was I, so him saying we're in the same position isn't untrue. I'd been lurking a good few months before I registered anyway, so we've probably been here around the same amount of time.

I, for one, find turtles offensive. I say we ban them.

Ahh, I don't mind turtles. I have a baby snapping turtle named Raphael.

Turtles are awesome, and heck, if they would ever dominate the world I wouldn't mind at all. :disguise:

The true answer was sometime back in March of this year, someone (I don't remember who) gave a new person realized that turtles back then are the equivalent of our pocket :ninja: now. And decided to be nice and give a new member one. I remember typing that turtles are for awsomeness, not new people. Then another person, this time a newer member handed another new person one. (Moneky see, monkey do). And it spread like a wild fire.

why does this guy always got to be so technical? it's absurd :shakehead:

Well, this has got good and spammy, and nothing specifically to do with Brink.

If you had been handing out cuddly bears I might have left this open - but turtles!
