While I'm not sure where that went, I can ask, have you done the Vault 74 tutorial? It explains alot of the basics.

If you are badly in need of info (and cant find anything adaquete on it for the G.E.C.K.) try googleing your issue in the morrowind construction set without including program specifics such as item IDs and such. I have moded in both and have found them to be quite similar. Just my opinion could be wrong i am far from the most knowledgeable in both programs.
