This site (http://www.web2pdfconvert.com/) seems to do the trick, but it doesn't seem to do frames so you have to use http://tommyshideout.net/files/srikandi/DialogueTut/intro.htm instead of http://tommyshideout.net/files/srikandi/DialogueTut/

I don't know about a pdf, but it's available as a .chm file. I have it but I don't know where I got it. Easier to read than pdf IMO. If you want it and can't find it, I can upload it somewhere.

How do you open a .chm file?

Also since I am in the CS forum, I created a faction, when I attack a member why dont the rest of them attack me?

.chm is a windows online help file. It stands for Compiled HTML Fiile and is basically a set of html pages joined together, with the menus as a set of hyperlinks. I would think there is native support for them with any Windows box, but don't quote me. I checked and it says the file is opened by Microsoft HTML Help Executable, whatever that is. The nice thing is you can take any set of html pages and join them together with a chm editor rather than having a complicated directory structure like you often see with older e-books.

Firefox has a chm reader addon, apparently.

There was an issue with Vista not supporting CHMs, I think, but they fixed it in a patch at one point. XP and 7 both support CHM files, I know that much.

Anyway, here it is if you want it: http://cdeford1.zoomshare.com/files/DialogueTutorial.rar

Btw, I don't have the example .esp file. You'll need to download that from your original link if you need it.

Because you didn't set their Alarm (in the NPC's AI window) high enough probably.
