Hello,

I have A Tweaked ENB mod installed on Oblivion. However, while I know ENB is being loaded (I can hit Shift Enter and get the menu to open), none of the changes are in effect. In fact, toggling on and off depth of field, bloom, etc. change nothing. I've gotten ENBs to work before in Skyrim, Fallout 3, and Fallout New Vegas this is the first time I'm having issues. I know everythings in the right folder the changes just aren't showing up, any ideas?

Is HDR on?

Good point, I did forget about that requirement. However, unfortunately its not the issue, HDR is indeed on.
