Hi all, after a loooong time without playing ,now with a new pc i'm back again in Morrowind

I'we installed morro+mgso+morro rebirth and some others little improvements.
I'm not very satisfied with lights i've installed 300 lights mod 'cause i like very much coloured lights but i want to tune down especially lanterns lights.
I've never used CS and unfortunately i don't have much time to learn it, so i ask if someone can tell me how to work with simple operation in cs, like, obviously, change lights or add/remove objects...
