I've tweaked most of my Fallout 3 ini file which has lead to better performance and graphics. But, I still have a problem of sorts. How do I make the rest of the settings in the picture below extend like the item and object fade?

I'd like all levels of fade to be the same but I'm not too sure on what settings need tweaked in the ini file to do it.


Any help would be appriciated.
