I'm from France so it will be the 14 October but I prefer to ask here if all will be ok .

You should be fine as long as you're broadcasting from a location where the game has been released.

I saw it thank you for that but i don't really know if i need to wait the American Release date (cause Twitch is an US based platform) or if i can start stream it here in Frane at 00:00 (13 October 6pm in America)
