I want to install EVE (HGEC armor and clothing replacer) and mod named Assorted Protective Female Armors, but in description of EVE author write, that "mod is not compatibile witch any armor or clothing replacer". So there is no way to install these mods both or I can do it some way?

You can check out if there are indeed any problems: install both and go to some city to see if there is any clipping on female characters who wear armour.

Yes, but one will overwrite the other. If you install EVE, and APFA after, APFA will overwrite EVE. So, in that case you will get the armors from APFA.
