As the tags/title state, I am looking for two mods.
One that will expand being a part of the Blades to more than simply choosing yes to Jauffre's question. New quests would be nice, and a perfect mod would be repeatable quests, but as long as there is something to actually do, it would be awesome.

And two, there are a large number of mods with the premise of joining the legion. I am just wondering which one seems to be the best working one, or some options of a few that function well. Thanks in advance.

For the Blades, http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1252361-relz-reclaiming-sancre-tor-rc1xx-thread-ii/ brings them back to life in a big way. Huge quest mod, hours of entertainment.
