1.For some reason even in the day the Rivet city market place is closed. I'm assuming this is caused by a mod.

2.I just started a new game and the thing to configure FWE isn't in mt inventory how can I get it?

It says your load order is off for most of the FWE and MMM ones. Use the sorting options or follow the load order guide for FWE (included in readme and on the TESnexus page, I believe).

Also try a merged patch and masterupdate.

Yes, to further explain what showler said: All .esm's should be loaded first (never after any .esp's). You need to load Misc. files after the .esm's, then FWE files, then WMK files, then MMM files, then Fellout files, and finally a merged patch as very last.

It should be there automatically. I can't recall whether it appears at the start of the game or only when you exit the vault, though.

First work on your load order, then start a new game (or load a save before you added FWE) and see if it appears. Right now the load order you have will cause a whole bunch of issues, not just this one. Once you fix your load order, the menu may show up. If not, post the new load order and we can further help you.

Also try "startquest FWEConfigInitQuest" and see if that helps.

But if you're not getting it, then your game is probably already developing problems.

I started a new game and I still got everything but it something interesting I see though is when I'm get all the item added messages there's one that just says added but adds nothing perheps at has something to do with this.

Triage item, Command Headset, Bullet Time Device should all still be separate items. They are in my game. This is because they aren't config items, they are use items (except the bullet time device...I don't know why it's still separate).

Then there should also be a FWE Control Panel item.

Did you try the startquest command? It does have some conditions, so I think those items won't be added till you exit the Vault.

Very sorry, when I say "under" I meant, that is the menu option you look at to find the options.

From the FWE site:

For pre-FWE 5.0 users, you will notice that many of the individual “config tools” (i.e. the Bullet Time config tool) are no longer visible in your inventory. These menu’s have been integrated with FWE’s main control panel under the “Ability / Hotkey Configs” section

Oh sorry, I didn't see you mention that you still weren't getting the FWE menu location in the apparel section of the pipboy. When you installed FWE, did you install it manually or use the FMOD way? I would extract the files to your desktop (or a place where you know where you want files to go so you can look at them) and then place the files in your data folder. Don't forget to re-order them in your load order.

Did you start a new game? If so, are you outside of the Vault. "Escape" has to be finished before you get the FWE control panel item.

In an existing game are you outside of the Vault? If so, did you try the "startquest" command I gave you above?

Can anyone hear me?
