I was wondering, is there any way to set Oblivion up so that I have my menu on one screen? Like, I'll do all the playing on the main screen, but I want a second screen dedicated to the menu's. Is that possible?

short of a third party program that can make it possible, then no, you cant do it.

the game will only use one screen in full screen mode.
