I have tried everything i can find on google and as a last resort ive made an account here to see if i can get a fix.


I have recently bought Oblivion GotY edition on steam and it works and plays fine but for no reason i can find the desktop cursor appears in game so i end up with the game cursor on screen and a blue loading circle and both move at the same time but at different speeds and the whole situation kills the immersion instantly for me.


Im using Win 10 and i also have some mods installed:

I have also gone in to task manager and stopped tasks,mainly COUGAR UIX SYSTEM 250M which is an app for my mouse DPI which i thought could be the culprit.

I also uninstalled Raptr and play.tv


Any help will be greatly appreciated
