Two players in single player mode? For Couples?

Post » Wed Dec 02, 2015 1:08 pm

My girlfriend is threatening to leave me, she knows how hard iam going to go on Monday.

She wants to play too, but weve played single games before together and it gets lame since we cant build anything together.

She's not very good and alwasy gets jealous at my progress, she liked the prior fallouts but they were abit to hard for her.

Just a suggestion, that it would be REALLY SWEET if you could Lan two players, Ie: Couples, and play in the same game.

Do you think this could ever happen?

It's probably not going to happen at least officialy anyway. Someone may create a mod to to it. I know my wife would love this. She's not great at single player games especialy shooters. We play MMOs together all the time. We've got a couple of characters in ESO that we've been trying to get back too but I fear Fallout 4 is going to devour our time over the coming winter months.

Interesting idea OP, one person could take a companion.

If it would happen it sounds like a mod, but best not to hold your breath...

Fallout is designed to end real world relations. Not improve them

That be 1997, though i'm sure there were games that did that before :D

As for Co-op, im afraid the current build for Fallout doesnt really favor that. And i shiver at the mere idea of Fallout Online :sadvaultboy: So likely you will require some extensive modding to get that.

Guess you'll be playing single player soon enough.

You could try playing together with you killing everything. My sister and I did that for GTA 4. I am a [censored] driver and she was just decent at combat. She chased them home and I killed them and all their friends.

Considering that Skyrim has now been out for 4 years and any mods that attempt to add multiplayer to the game are still messed up and have work to do, it's likely going to be many years before Fallout 4 gets one too.

You can discuss multiplayer in Fallout games here: http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1512524-fallout-multiplayer-discussion-thread/
