Two Problems, unsure if mod related

Post » Fri Nov 26, 2010 10:02 am

First Problem: The lighting gets really goofy in certain interiors, like certain tiles will light wonkey and others will stay normal. In both modded and unmodded interiors.

Second: Bloody Mess simply doesn't work as it should, or rather, at all. I have no idea what could be doing this as I checked in NVEdit and the perk itself wasn't edited by anything I could see.

Lastly, the LoadOrder;

Hrmmm. The funky tile thing, do you mean they flicker at all? Or they are constantly lit one way, its just weird? If they flicker its because there are two of the same tile piece inside of eachother. You need to delete one of them and it will stop. I hope this helps. :/

Well they flicker, but this happens in vanilla, unmoddified cells as well, where I'm sure there are not two, exact duplicate overlapping tiles.

Well maybe some of the mods creators went to look in those cells, and somehow accidently duplicated a tile, then left the cell. Have you checked that none of the mods edit the 'vanilla' cells in question? Also, have tried playing with no mods active to see if it occurs? Have you tried removing all extra files from data folder (move them elsewhere) to see if its an added mod file? (then just move them back when your done) Just some ideas. :shrug:

The only thing that edits worldspaces (that I'm aware of) is URWLified, and turning it off didn't change anything.

I did happen to figure out the Bloody Mess issue, just removing and readding the perk did the trick.
