I'm wondering about 2 things here:
Is there a mod that allows me to throw/display my weapon on my back like it does in Oblivion? And World of Warcraft? Wen you put your 2h weapon away in MW, it just goes into your "pocket", and that's uh, weird. Is there a mod that lets it sling across your back like it does in OB?

Also,

Is there a mod that allows me to greatly increase the view distance? I have it on vanilla max, but that's still really low, as my machine can handle a lot further more than likely. I'm not looking for MGE, just a mod that handles view distance ONLY.

You might also be interested in http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1204129-morrowind-graphics-extender-mge/. It can increase view distance, add shaders such as HDR, Bloom, Depth of Field, Sunshafts, SSAO and can also be used to add Oblivion style animated grass, among other things.
